Job summary

Cambridge House, Auberge Collection in London is seeking a waiter to bring to life its dining spaces during the pre-opening chapter. You will work closely with the Head Waiter to deliver warm, attentive service, ensure every guest feels welcome, and uphold exceptional standards of care and presentation in a luxury environment.

You will contribute to a team creating a vibrant new destination in Mayfair, with opportunities to develop your craft and bring genuine warmth to the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role, ideally within a luxury environment.
• A warm and professional manner, with strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of guest interaction.
• An interest in food, wine and beverages, with the enthusiasm to develop your product knowledge and service skills.
• A collaborative approach, with the confidence to take initiative, learn from experienced team members and support the wider team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, as required.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
