• Previous experience in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.

• Strong communication and teamwork to achieve shared goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and sincerity, creating an atmosphere of refined hospitality.
• Support seamless service by delivering food, beverages and thoughtful touches with care.
• Develop knowledge of menus, ingredients, wines and beverages to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Prepare tables and maintain immaculate service stations and presentation.
• Collaborate with Culinary and F&B teams to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Keep high standards of personal presentation, cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
