You'll work alongside our Head Waiter to maintain high standards of care, with opportunities to develop your craft in a vibrant, luxury hotel environment at 94 Piccadilly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality role.
• Warm, professional manner with strong guest interaction.
• Interest in food, wine and beverages; willingness to build knowledge.
• Collaborative mindset; take initiative and support the team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest with warmth, grace and attentiveness, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
• Deliver thoughtful, polished food and beverage service with precision.
• Share knowledge of menus, wine and beverages to guide guests.
• Work with Head Waiter to prepare tables with elegance and coordinate service rhythm.
