Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Runner to support the kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensuring timely delivery of orders and pristine service areas. You will act as the bridge between kitchen/bar and the dining floor to deliver a superior member experience.

The role requires 2–3 years in a similar setting, excellent beverage knowledge, and strong communication with a hands-on, collaborative approach. A professional demeanour and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a hands-on approach.
• Confident, polished, and professional demeanour.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen/bar to members.
• Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment.
• Be accountable for an assigned section and develop member relationships.
• Polish cutlery and prepare table add-ons in advance.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and station setup.
• Attend regular front/back-of-house meetings and tastings.
