Soho House & Co. in Central London is seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress for Kettner's Townhouse to lead front-of-house service and oversee floor operations.

You will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain Soho House's standards. Requirements include 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment with supervisory experience, strong wine knowledge, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software.
• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment, with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members, introduce menus, and engage upon seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, accommodating allergies or dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Provide knowledgeable menu and wine recommendations.
• Maintain table service, water and beverage service throughout the guest stay.
• Ensure a pristine dining environment and manage clean setup.
