Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for a Delivery Services Advisor at a flagship Knightsbridge store. The role involves acting as the key link between sales teams, customers, couriers and delivery partners to ensure deliveries reach their destinations smoothly, whether in the UK or worldwide.

This temporary assignment offers 8-hour shifts from 10:00am to 9:00pm, five days out of seven, including weekends, with a pay rate of £14.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
• Enjoys problem-solving and helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for delivery-related enquiries.
• Coordinate deliveries between store sales teams and courier partners.
• Keep customers and colleagues updated via email, telephone, and face-to-face communication.
• Track deliveries and provide timely progress updates.
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues quickly and professionally.
• Escalate concerns to achieve the best outcome for the customer.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external delivery providers.
• Help create a smooth and seamless delivery experience for customers.
