Job summary

Harrods is seeking Customer Service Advisors to join our in-store team on the 3rd floor of the iconic Knightsbridge store. You will deliver the highest levels of service and bespoke experiences for all Harrods customers, resolving queries and guiding shoppers through our products and services.

The role is fully on site, five days out of seven, with opportunities to develop within a luxury environment. You will work collaboratively across teams to ensure exceptional experiences and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Service or customer-facing role in a luxury environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of service and bespoke experiences for Harrods customers.
• Resolve customer queries and provide first-contact solutions where possible.
• Assist customers in-store with product Knowledge and guidance across channels.
