Job summary

Mode Search partners with a globally recognised luxury fashion house in London to recruit a CRM & Clienteling Specialist/Manager on a 12-month maternity cover. The role is hands-on, implementing the UK CRM strategy across a diverse portfolio of stores and translating global direction into local action.

You will work with Retail and Store Managers to analyse customer data, optimise retention, conversion and engagement, and ensure CRM tools are practical on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• CRM and clientelling experience within luxury fashion brands.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret CRM data and KPIs.
• Excellent English and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience training store teams on CRM practices.
• Ability to translate global CRM strategy into local actions.

Responsibilities

• Implement the UK CRM and clienteling strategy across stores.
• Analyse CRM reports and store performance to identify opportunities.
• Train and support Store Managers and Retail teams in CRM usage.
• Collaborate with Global CRM team and Milan HQ for best practice.
• Plan local client campaigns and in-store events with gifting.
