Job summary

Giorgio Armani Head Office seeks a CRM & Client Engagement Specialist (Maternity cover FTC) to drive CRM analysis, clienteling initiatives, and regional marketing support. You will coordinate with stores to execute the global CRM strategy and liaise with Milan for assets and campaigns.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in luxury fashion, strong Excel and CRM skills, fluent English, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to client engagement in a hybrid London-based role.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing or business studies preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in fashion/luxury brands.
• Strong CRM experience and customer insights.

Responsibilities

• Run and analyze CRM reports and share insights with stores.
• Coordinate with stores to implement CRM priorities and campaigns.
• Develop local analyses of customer behaviour and preferences.
• Support retail marketing plans and event campaigns.
• Collaborate with Milan HQ on asset creation and approvals.
