Job summary

Mode Search Ltd. is partnering with a renowned British luxury design and manufacturing brand to recruit a Client Services Manager. This newly created role sits in Leicester and London, reporting to the UK & Export Sales Director, leading sales operations and client service initiatives across offices.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, manufacturing, logistics and client development, deliver KPIs, and coach high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with coaching and managing teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for complex client issues.
• Highly organized with excellent presentation and PM skills.
• Commercially minded with data-driven decision making.
• SAP Business One and Power BI experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the global Sales Operations team.
• Coordinate between sales, manufacturing, logistics and client development.
• Oversee the sales process from onboarding to post-production support.
• Drive standardised processes across product categories and territories.
• Deliver insights, KPIs and reporting to leadership.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
