About the role

As a Luxury Client Sales Executive, you will manage individual accounts and client communications. The ideal candidate will plan and execute exceptional client service, aiming to enhance loyalty and satisfaction throughout the client journey. You will drive additional revenue, meet sales targets, and increase customer retention through tailored outreach.

We seek someone with a proven track record of adding value and delivering CRM-related projects. You will be the main contact for brides, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience aligned with our SLAs. Flexibility and at least 2 years’ experience in luxury fashion are preferred.

About you:

We want a highly organized, self-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a strong sales focus. Responsibilities include managing multiple priorities, responding promptly to inquiries, and maintaining accuracy in CRM and invoicing systems. Experience in administrative roles or the bridal/luxury fashion industry is a plus.

A keen eye for detail, proactive attitude, and independence are essential. This role offers an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals passionate about luxury fashion and career growth within a premium brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  4. Maintain detailed client records in CRM, tracking interactions and preferences for long-term relationships.
  5. Stay informed on product range, industry trends, and competitors to deliver inspiring presentations.
  6. Collaborate with team members to share insights and support a superior showroom and brand experience.
