Job summary

Tiffany & Co. Heathrow T3 is seeking thoughtful, curious, and optimistic Client Advisors to welcome clients into the Tiffany world and help achieve store sales goals.

You will deliver unparalleled service, build lasting client relationships, and inspire clients with Tiffany’s legacy of craftsmanship. Successful candidates will have luxury retail or premium client-facing experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility for non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or high-end retail and client relationship management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results and building client loyalty.
• Experience with clienteling in an omnichannel luxury environment.
• Experience deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve clients in Tiffany world, delivering exceptional service and achieving store sales goals.
• Inspire clients through Tiffany’s legacy, craft personalized experiences and cross-sell services.
• Build lasting client relationships and develop client development strategies for loyalty.
• Uphold Tiffany and LVMH procedures and maintain operational excellence (inventory, reservations, transfers, care services).
• Collaborate with team members to foster an inclusive, joyful store culture.
