Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail with demonstrated sales results.
• Omnichannel clienteling experience in luxury environments.
• Flexible to work non-traditional hours including weekends/holidays.
• Proficient with POS and client tracking systems; strong Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unparalleled service upholding luxury etiquette.
• Exceed sales objectives and KPIs through consultative selling.
• Build client development strategies to drive sales and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures and inventory controls.
