Job summary

Tiffany & Co. Heathrow T3 invites a knowledgeable Client Advisor to build client development strategies, drive sales and cross-sales, and foster client loyalty. You will curate memorable experiences through new creations and services while ensuring compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures.

You will connect with clients and team members, ask strategic questions, and establish lasting relationships, delivering brand storytelling and exceptional service in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating relationships with a diverse client base
• Experienced sales and clienteling professional in an omnichannel luxury environment
• Experienced in deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives
• Passion for luxury retail
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Must have authorization to work in the United Kingdom, A college/university degree.
• Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work is preferred.
• Proficiency in multiple languages.

• Advising clients and building development strategy to drive sales and loyalty.

• Ensure compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures and uphold operational standards.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with clients through authentic brand storytelling and strategic questioning.
• Engage in omnichannel clienteling and contribute to team success in Heathrow T3.
