MONCLER is seeking a Part-Time Client Advisor for our London Sloane Street store. You will guide clients through the brand's values, build long-lasting relationships and contribute to team targets.

The role requires luxury retail experience, exceptional presentation and fluency in English. The position offers a flexible, part-time schedule and a dynamic store environment in central London.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies.
• Passion for retail, client experience and luxury fashion.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector, product sensitivity and styling.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to evolve in the organisation.
• Fluency & sophistication in English, another language is a plus.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Responsabilités

• Provide the best service across the selling ceremony: welcoming, understanding needs, aiding try-ons and cross-selling.
• Create a unique client experience and foster long-lasting relationships.
• Achieve excellent selling performances and results.
• Maintain company visual standards in store and assist stock replenishment.
• Collaborate on inventories, replenishment and stock activities.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and standards at all times.
• Work with the team energetically and reliably.
