Tiffany & Co. is recruiting a thoughtful Client Sales Advisor for our Harrods Retail location in London. You will welcome clients, deliver exceptional service, and drive store sales through tailored clienteling and product care services.

Formación

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating relationships with a diverse client base.
• Experienced sales and clienteling professional in an omnichannel luxury environment.
• Experienced in deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver unparalleled service and results that uphold standards of excellence and luxury etiquette.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset to exceed sales objectives and KPIs.
• Be a trusted Advisor, building client development strategy to drive sales, cross-sales and client loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures, uphold operational excellence (inventory, reservations, transfers, care services).
• Contribute to an inclusive and supportive team environment, centered on People Make the Difference.
• Inspire clients through authentic brand storytelling and Tiffany’s legacy of craftsmanship.
• Connect with clients and team members by asking strategic questions and building lasting relationships.
