Job summary

Perfect Path Recruitment seeks a CCTV & Telecoms Business Development Manager for a Hampshire-based client in Waterlooville. You will manage key accounts, nurture warm leads, and win new business across high-end residential and commercial estates.

The role offers £32k-£35k basic with uncapped commission, plus a company car or £450 monthly allowance. You will build relationships with VIP clients, present tech solutions, and deliver projects from initial contact to handover.

Qualifications

Experience in field sales or business development in CCTV.
Knowledge of CCTV and basic telecoms beneficial.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Manage, upsell, and cross-sell into a healthy base of existing accounts.
Nurture and convert a steady stream of warm leads and inbound enquiries.
Proactively prospect and generate new net-new business within targeted sectors.
Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and product demonstrations.
Prepare comprehensive quotations and proposals aligned with client requirements.
Negotiate terms and close sales effectively to meet or exceed targets.
Maintain a detailed and accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems.
Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, new product offerings, and the competitive landscape.
