Prestige Talent Partners Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth across CCTV, access control and telecoms for premium commercial and residential clients in Hampshire. This field-based role offers a competitive base salary and uncapped commission, plus a company car or car allowance.

You will manage the full sales process from enquiry to handover, building relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCTV, IP networking, Wi-Fi or access control systems.
• Previous experience in field sales, account management or business development.
• Consultative sales approach and ability to understand customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across CCTV, access control, Wi‑Fi and telecoms solutions.
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to project handover.
• Present solutions and product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
