Job summary

Harri in Hastings is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join a friendly team. You will support mealtimes, keep dining spaces tidy and well‑stocked, manage stock and temperature checks, and help residents with day‑to‑day non‑care needs in a luxurious setting.

This role offers 40.25 hours per week at £13.20 per hour, with days shifts and a full‑time contract. The successful candidate will bring hospitality experience, a can‑do attitude, and strong customer service skills to help residents feel at

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a similar role within a luxurious setting.
• Can do attitude and willingness to ensure residents receive the best quality service.
• Customer facing experience including building working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with meal service either in resident rooms or dining rooms.
• To ensure that water/drink jugs are regularly refilled in resident rooms.
• Help set up and clear down tables before and after lunch service.
• Recording and monitoring the temperatures of fridges and dining room service stations to meet compliance standards.
• Maintaining the Bistro to ensure it remains clean, organised and consistently well stocked.
• Attending to residents “non care” related needs including opening/closing curtains, changing TV channels etc.
