Job summary

Confidential in Bolton is seeking a confident Receptionist/Host to welcome visitors to a luxury dealership and guide them through the showroom and service areas. The role is busy, involves standing most of the day, and offers 8am–6pm hours with a potential split into two part-time shifts.

Immediate start with a temporary assignment until 27th November. You will greet guests, host around the dealership, assist with service check-in, manage hospitality areas, and support colleagues with messages

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience, ideally within Reception, Front of House, Hospitality or Customer Service
• Confident telephone manner and experience answering calls and dealing with customer enquiries
• Friendly, outgoing and approachable personality
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to interact with customers face-to-face
• Smart, professional and well-presented at all times
• Energetic and happy to be on their feet throughout the day, moving around a large dealership
• Organised, attentive and able to keep customer areas clean, tidy and presentable
• Reliable, punctual and able to commit to the required working days

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers and visitors as they arrive at the showroom, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
• Acting as a host around the dealership, helping customers find their way and directing them to the correct departments
• Assisting customers with vehicle check-in in the service area and with the key-drop machines
• Looking after customer hospitality areas, keeping them clean and welcoming
• Keeping refreshments stocked (coffee, cakes, biscuits, drinks)
• Loading/unloading the dishwasher and keeping hospitality areas tidy
• Answering customer calls and passing on updates as needed
• Liaising with internal colleagues to relay messages and information
