Job summary

Porsche Centre Norwich is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will guide customers through repairs, liaise with Porsche Technicians and Parts Advisors, and help ensure a smooth journey from enquiry to collection.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience in automotive retail, strong communication skills, and a passion for the Porsche brand. The role is based on-site at our Norwich centre with opportunities for development within the Lind group.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in automotive retail or workshop.
• Good communication with customers and technicians.
• Knowledge of Porsche brand preferred, Kerridge (preferred) or similar CRM/DMS.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations from enquiry to collection.
• Advise customers on repairs with workshop input.
• Manage diary workflow and scheduling.
• Drive labour sales and hours sold targets.
• Represent Porsche brand with expertise and honesty.
• Maintain relationships with customers.
