Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a luxury hotel on the Devon coast near Kingsbridge to recruit a Breakfast Chef to join a high-standard kitchen and deliver plated breakfasts using locally sourced ingredients.

You'll work five days a week, overseeing breakfast service for around 40-50 guests each morning during peak season, with opportunities to assist lunch and afternoon tea. Live-in accommodation is available and public transport is limited due to the remote location.

Qualifications

• Breakfast Chef with proven track record in high-standard kitchens serving plated breakfasts.
• Experience in hotels delivering high-quality plated breakfasts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee breakfast service for 40–50 guests each morning.
• Assist with lunch service and afternoon tea.
• Maintain quality and calm efficiency under pressure.
