Job summary

Confidential in Haslemere is recruiting Customer Service Advisors for the Christmas period. The role pays 12.71 per hour plus monthly team commission, with 40 hours per week and shifts from 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.

It is a temporary position running through to the end of January 2027, with some weekend work and potential weekend home working after full training. You will handle customer calls, emails and live chats, assist with orders and deliveries, and provide excellent service online and by phone.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience across retail, hospitality, office or contact centre.
• Confident and friendly telephone manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails and live chats
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries and product enquiries
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone and online
• Liaise with delivery companies
• Resolve customer queries and processing requests
• Complete general administration duties
