Job summary

Aspinal of London is recruiting Christmas Temporary Customer Services Advisors for our Head Office in Fernhurst, West Sussex. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers by phone and email, upholding our luxury service standards during the peak season.

You’ll work to meet team sales and satisfaction targets, manage the customer journey from order to delivery and aftercare, and represent the Aspinal brand with excellence. Seasonal hours and weekend shifts apply.

Customer Services Agent

Aspinal of London, the iconic British luxury lifestyle brand, is looking for enthusiastic Christmas Temporary Customer Services Advisors to join our team at our Head Office in Fernhurst, West Sussex.

Christmas is one of the most exciting and important times of the year at Aspinal. As we enter our busiest trading season, we are looking for additional team members to join us as soon as possible and support us through to January.

As part of our Customer Services team, you will be at the heart of the Aspinal experience, helping customers with their Christmas purchases and ensuring they receive the exceptional level of service expected from a luxury brand.

SHIFT DETAILS

Contract: Temporary, Christmas peak - 26th October 2026 to 31st January 2027

Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Availability: This is a full-time role of five days per week, with two consecutive days off. Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis and will include some weekend working during our peak period (for example, working Tuesday to Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off)

Getting Here: Aspinal House is located on Midhurst Road, close to Fernhurst and approximately 4 miles from Haslemere. The nearest bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from us, with regular services connecting to Haslemere and Midhurst.
