Qualifications

• Graduates with strong interest in ecommerce and luxury fashion.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong Excel skills and data confidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external relationships.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with a drive for excellence.
• Experience with ecommerce or merchandising systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of seasonal product launches and capsules.
• Manage product creation and ensure accurate pricing, imagery and information.
• Build and maintain tracking tools and reports for launches, stock and activity across partner sites.
• Coordinate seasonal markdown operations across all partners.
• Conduct regular site reviews to elevate brand representation and UX standards.
• Provide product selections for edits, emails and marketing activity.
• Produce weekly and seasonal performance insights to enhance visibility and drive performance.
• Support day-to-day partner relationships and communication flow.
• Assist in campaign launches, asset distribution, brand page updates and merchandising.
• Assist with stock and operational processes and quarterly stock takes.
• Conduct and present regular competitor reviews to identify growth opportunities.
