Responsibilities

• Lead by example and reflect core values in daily operations.
• Ensure high level of customer service through product knowledge and ownership.
• Partner with store leadership to ensure effective communications and meetings.
• Deliver transformational customer experiences and coach sales associates.
• Own the customer journey in the boutique and build productive relationships.
• Maintain brand presentation standards and store operations.
• Open/close procedures and secure the facility; process POS and inventory tasks.
• Achieve personal sales and store KPI goals; manage client relationships.
