Job summary

Longchamp is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at its John Lewis Oxford Street concession. You will lead a high-performing team, drive commercial results, and deliver a refined luxury client experience in line with the brand's heritage.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, managing operations, CRM and clienteling, achieving store KPIs, and maintaining visual standards. Fluent English and experience in premium retail are essential.

Qualifications

4+ years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail, including at least 2 years in leadership.
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to exceed sales and service goals.
Strong commercial and operational acumen.
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
