Job summary

Havas Media is seeking a Biddable Business Director to lead a senior team focused on Paid Social and Programmatic excellence within our luxury brand portfolio. You will shape strategy, drive learning initiatives, and embed best practices across client teams.

You will partner with Investment & Trading to meet commercial targets, translate complex solutions for clients, and mentor a high-performing team to stay ahead of industry trends in an integrated media ecosystem.

Qualifications

A natural leader with 6+ years solid experience in Paid Social and/or Programmatic teams.
Excellent communication skills and able to educate internal and external stakeholders in understanding the role of Paid Social and Programmatic in the wider media mix.
Great storytelling and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex matters clearly.
In-depth knowledge of Paid Social and Programmatic tools as well as audience insight tools.
Experience owning and leading a project from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of Paid Social and Programmatic specialists to deliver best-in-class outcomes.
Design and lead biddable products and implementation for clients across channels.
Develop and evolve best-in-class client roadmaps and share learnings across groups.
Translate complex biddable solutions for clients and drive commercial growth.
Collaborate with Investment & Trading to deliver targets and optimize profitability.
