Job summary

Havas Market in Manchester is seeking a Biddable Director to lead paid social and programmatic strategy for key accounts such as Matalan and Decathlon, reporting to the Biddable Business Director. You will oversee a team of biddable specialists and collaborate with client planning, DNA, and investment teams.

You will drive innovative plans, manage stakeholder relationships, and help grow the business while embedding Havas values in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering Paid Social and/or Programmatic campaigns.
• Proven leadership capability with coaching and motivating high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with proactive opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills; able to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience with industry platforms, DSPs and measurement solutions.
• Knowledge of ad servers and DSPs including DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and project management capability.
• Collaborative problem-solver with a proactive approach to improving ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead Biddable planning and implementation, liaising with client planning and investment teams.
• Manage the biddable team to deliver high-standard outputs aligned with client objectives.
• Develop and evolve the client roadmap and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Present and defend biddable strategies and rationale documents.
• Drive growth opportunities and innovative projects across accounts.
• Lead investment planning at platform and audience level, engaging technology vendors.
• Represent the agency at internal and external events to promote capabilities.
