Job summary

Forward Media, a luxury division within Havas Media Network, is seeking a Biddable Manager to lead paid social and programmatic strategies for prestigious luxury brands in London. You will collaborate with client planning teams and senior leadership, delivering innovative biddable campaigns and mentoring junior staff.

The role offers development opportunities across digital channels and a strong emphasis on training and collaboration within a global agency network.

Qualifications

• Solid planning and buying experience with paid social and/or programmatic.
• Strong understanding of paid social and programmatic in the media mix.
• 18 months+ trading experience on platforms like Meta, DV360, TikTok, MediaMath, LinkedIn, Teads, Amazon DSP; knowledge of ad servers such as DCM.
• Ability to produce biddable media plans with supporting rationale.
• Client facing as needed within specific accounts.
• Familiar with audience forecasting and DSP insight tools.
• Develop and evolve best-in-class client reporting.
• Act as an ambassador for agency values and culture.
• Drive innovation projects within the biddable team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate media planning and buying for your client portfolio within omnichannel guidelines.
• Ensure smooth campaign operations respecting deadlines.
• Maintain client satisfaction with campaign delivery and performance.
• Drive productivity and outcomes with trading teams.
• Provide weekly reporting, client calls and post campaign insights.
• Present programmatic capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Biddable Account Director to align client understanding.
• Offer feedback on prioritisation of new features and ways of working.
• Own or participate in broader biddable projects like measurement frameworks.
• Work across platforms including Google MMP, Integral Ad Science, Lumen, etc.
• Manage day-to-day workload and mentor junior team members.
• Identify training needs and contribute to sessions.
