Job summary

L'Oreal Group Luxe is seeking a Store Manager for a London-area store to lead a high-performing team and deliver a world-class luxury experience across our brands. You will drive sales, coach staff, and maintain premium counter standards to exceed targets.

As a key ambassador, you will inspire your team, manage events, and nurture VIP relationships while upholding brand integrity and excellence across all store activities.

Qualifications

• Lead a store team to deliver a Luxury Service Experience across brands.
• Develop and execute retail plans to surpass store targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain a loyal VIP client base for sustained growth.
• Uphold Brand VM standards and counter excellence throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world class Luxury Service Experience through coaching and feedback.
• Act as L'Oréal Luxe brand ambassador with personalised service and merchandising standards.
• Demonstrate products and share brand history to meet customer needs.
• Inform customers about events and activations and share expertise on social platforms.
• Exceed sales targets and drive long-term growth for the store portfolio.
• Create an annual events calendar to boost brand engagement and growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Beauty Advisors.
• Coach, monitor performance, and address underperformance.
• Maintain brand standards and store hygiene, ensuring a premium environment.
• Manage stock levels and tester/PLV materials to optimize availability.
