Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Beauty Supervisor for our Leeds Flagship store to lead the beauty department and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will work closely with third-party beauty brands, driving commercial success and ensuring premium in-store service.

You will guide and coach the beauty team, manage daily operations, and collaborate with store leadership to meet KPIs, payroll controls, and stock routines within a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, supervisory/management role.
• 3+ years experience in beauty-related role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support teams.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving performance.
• Good product knowledge across fashion and beauty, including brands and trends.
• Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, stock control and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial success of the beauty department.
• Identify opportunities to enhance performance in line with beauty trends.
• Support the store manager in implementing strategic plans to achieve department goals.
• Analyse data and KPIs to inform commercial decisions.
