La Prairie Counter in John Lewis is seeking a full-time Beauty Consultant to provide a truly exceptional, personalised luxury skincare service. You will build lasting relationships with discerning clients, curate tailored experiences, and embody elegance and etiquette within a premium retail environment.
Key responsibilities include exceeding sales targets, collaborating with Personal Shoppers, and delivering expert product guidance across the counter and treatment room when needed.
Formación
- Experience in luxury beauty retail preferred.
- Capable of delivering personalised, high-end client experiences.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships.
Responsabilidades
- Make informed decisions aligned with brand values.
- Achieve sales objectives through client retention and acquisition, focusing on VIP clients.
- Cultivate relationships with store partners (Personal Shoppers, Concierges).
- Maintain retail standards and impeccable housekeeping at all times.
- Provide bespoke 1:1 luxury experiences and demonstrate product application.
- Utilise clienteling tools to nurture client relationships.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and communicate brand heritage.
