Job summary

Raffles London at The OWO in Whitehall, London, is seeking a skilled bar professional to set up and stock the bar, produce and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to our exacting standards, and assist floor staff during service.

You will collaborate with bar management to develop seasonal menus and specials while upholding the highest guest service and safety standards in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work a 24h operational schedule when required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the bar and back of house areas.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests.
• Assist floor staff and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Explain menu items to guests with knowledge and professionalism.
• Contribute to developing seasonal menus and specials.
