The Londoner, a 5 Star Luxury Hotel in Leicester Square, seeks a Senior Bartender for its stunning rooftop bar. Deliver warm, personalised service, craft cocktails to premium standards and share your extensive knowledge with guests.

You will lead by example, support and develop junior bartenders, and collaborate with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure a memorable guest experience while upholding responsible service.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for cocktails, spirits and the art of bartending.
• Strong cocktail knowledge and premium spirit awareness.
• Confidence in communicating with guests and making recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, engaging, personalised service to guests.
• Prepare and present cocktails, wines, and beverages to high standards.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of cocktails and ingredients.
• Make recommendations and explain the drinks offering to guests.
• Build rapport with guests and anticipate needs.
• Support and guide junior bartenders during service.
• Lead by example to maintain energy and standards across shifts.
• Ensure the bar is presented, prepared and clean for service.
• Maintain hygiene and stock control to minimise waste.
• Collaborate with the wider Food & Beverage team for a seamless guest experience.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and licensing compliance.
