Job summary

The Londoner in London seeks a Head Bartender for its Stage bar, part of the Edwardian Hotels London portfolio. You will oversee bar operations, learn the drinks menu deeply, and lead a team to deliver high standards of service across cocktails, wines and champagnes.

You will ensure pre-opening checks, manage par stocks, supervise cash handling, and work to exceed guest expectations through excellent hospitality and proactive service.
