Job summary

McLaren Automotive, a global luxury brand, seeks a proactive Communications Specialist to support planning, media relations and content creation across Corporate, Brand and Product Communications. You will help drive media engagement, coordinate events and manage day-to-day communications operations for a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong writing, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience drafting press releases, media materials and digital content.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of communications activities across McLaren Automotive.
• Drive media engagement and coordinate events and media operations.
• Create content for press materials, social media and internal channels.
• Draft press releases and briefing documents.
• Coordinate press vehicle loans and media logistics.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Design and Legal.
• Support executive communications and thought leadership content.
