Job summary

Castle Fine Art is recruiting a proactive Sales Consultant for our Guildford store. You will engage with clients, understand their art needs and close sales, supported by full training.

We value motivation to hit targets, excellent communication and client service, a friendly face, and the ability to adapt to different clients. A driving license is desirable for occasional home visits.

Qualifications

• Motivation and drive to achieve sales targets, ideally with 1-2-1 sales experience.
• Ability to adapt and tailor to different client needs.
• Outstanding communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Exceptional client service skills.
• Friendly, engaging personality.
