Qualifications

• Degree holder in business administration or equivalent field preferred.
• At least 1+ years’ related work experience.
• Previous financial/ debt collection experience in a professional/financial services setting preferred.
• Excellent client service, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and support departmental administrative tasks.
• Oversee billing, invoices, statements, terms letters, etc., coordinating with the Client Experience coordinator and shipping lead.
• Manage no-bid clients and escalation requests to ensure swift decisions and clear communication.
• Reconcile information to invoice sales and avoid after-sale reinvoicing requests.
• Escalate extended payment term requests and ensure required documentation before a sale.
• Coordinate with payments, legal, compliance, tax, and finance to resolve buyer payments.
• Collaborate with client service operations to maintain high service standards and resolve escalated issues.
• Support regional and global client account activities and AML/compliance policies.
