Sotheby’s in London seeks a Registrar & Property Collections Manager to oversee delivery, unpacking, processing and collection of all items at New Bond Street. You will lead the logistics team, coordinate with preferred shippers and manage gallery walk-throughs for exhibitions.

The role requires art-handling expertise, strong organizational skills, and collaboration with Specialist departments, Risk & Security, Client Experience and Photography Studios.

Formación

• Proven experience in art handling and packing.
• Strong leadership and team motivation.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends and support other locations.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with seller experience and inbound shipping to schedule deliveries in SAP.
• Oversee inbound schedule; ensure unpacking and receipt within SLA.
• Arrange gallery walk-throughs with shippers; update SAP.
• Coordinate with Luxury sales to store, process and release goods.
• Work with gallery manager and Creative team for exhibit setup/breakdown.
• Prepare client collection appointments with Client Experience.
• Ensure self-pack items are packed to standards and released within SLA.
• Partner with Risk/Security and Facilities for smooth workflow.
• Develop analytics to identify trends and support area improvements.
