Job summary

L’Oréal Luxe is seeking a One Luxe Solo Counter Manager in the UK. Lead the store team to deliver a world-class customer experience and exceed performance targets for the Luxe brands. You will drive coaching, product storytelling, events, and VIP loyalty while maintaining luxury counter standards.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop talent, monitor performance, and coordinate with store and department managers to push growth in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams in luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of luxury brand standards and client service.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff and deliver results.
• Excellent sales planning, events and stock management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world class Luxury Service Experience: Ensure through coaching & feedback that the team deliver exceptional customer service across brands and touchpoints.
• Embody Brand Excellence: Act as a L’Oréal Luxe brand ambassador with luxurious customer experience.
• Product Expertise and Storytelling: Demonstrate products with brand history and tailored knowledge.
• Foster Omni Experiences: Inform customers about events, promotions, and activations; promote on social platforms.
• Exceeding Sales Targets: Develop and execute retail plans to achieve KPI targets and drive growth.
• Creating Engaging Events: Build an annual calendar of events to generate store growth.
• Driving Innovation and New Business: Generate ideas to leverage launches and brand anniversaries.
• Cultivating Client Loyalty: Build VIP base for repeat business.
• Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment for Beauty Advisors.
• Team Onboarding and Training: Manage onboarding and ongoing development.
• Performance Monitoring and Feedback: Provide coaching on performance and selling skills.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Complete daily tasks using Tamigo/One Retail.
