Drive new business by leveraging product launches and brand anniversaries.
Cultivate client loyalty and maintain a loyal VIP customer base.
Talent acquisition and onboarding: support recruitment and team integration.
Provide regular coaching and feedback on productivity, service levels and product knowledge.
