Job summary

TJB Private Travel in London is seeking a Sales Support Assistant to join our fast growing luxury travel business. You will own administrative tasks, manage Salesforce opportunities, and support the Sales Team to convert leads into bookings.

Ideal candidates are university graduates, highly organised, trustworthy, and eager to learn. You will liaise with brokers and operations, prepare reports, write property content when needed, and help drive business development across yacht and land travel

Qualifications

• University graduate with good organisation and initiative.
• Experience using CRM systems and creating reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify and run reports of new leads and opportunities using Salesforce.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities with timely, accurate updates in Salesforce.
• Prospect new clients and respond with property selection.
• Be the first point of contact for internal and external queries.
• Update documents and reports for smooth running of the travel division.
• Create property brochures when needed and write property content.
• Support sales initiatives and lead processes.
• Research new categories and support corporate bookings.
• Attend meetings and run weekly sales reports.
• Assist Yachts and Travel teams with ad hoc tasks.
