Job summary

The Travel Division is seeking an experienced Team Leader to direct a luxury travel sales and client management team in London. You will drive revenue, manage high-value clients including private aviation customers, and lead a small team while shaping processes for growth in the UK.

You will recruit and mentor new travel consultants, maintain strong supplier relationships, and ensure an exceptional end-to-end luxury travel experience for our discerning clients.

Qualifications

• Strong sales acumen with focus on luxury travel
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a high-end sales environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong numeracy skills
• Interest in global destinations and luxury travel products

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value clients including private aviation customers
• Lead a team of up to 4 travel consultants and support management in scaling the UK business
• Drive revenue through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
• Develop supplier and partner relationships to enhance product offerings
• Oversee bookings from enquiry to completion with a focus on exceptional service
• Represent the company at industry events and client engagements
