This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday. The role requires experience in travel, strong GDS knowledge, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous travel industry experience.
• In-depth knowledge of a GDS.
• Strong knowledge of long-haul destinations.
• Excellent relationship building and customer service.
• Keen attention to detail and clear telephone voice.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries online and from our database of customers.
• Arrange all aspects of business and luxury travel itineraries.
• Provide expert advice on value, carriers, and accommodation.
• Work with a busy but friendly and supportive team.
