Job summary

Fowey Hall Hotel in Cornwall is seeking a Spa Therapist for a permanent position on site. The role offers 16 or 24 hours per week with an hourly rate of £14.62 plus a generous service charge and 10% commission on retail sales.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a destination Spa or Hotel Spa.
• NVQ Level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC or CIDESCO (or equivalent).
• Ishga training will be provided, but prior Ishga experience is desirable.
• Passion for Spa and Wellness, attention to detail and safe environment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and tailor spa options to their needs.
• Perform treatments within brand guidelines and educate guests about procedures.
• Promote and sell treatments and product range to guests.
• Collaborate with spa team to maintain a harmonious work environment.
