Qualifications

• Experience of all Spa Treatments within a 5 Star or luxury spa environment.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Currently working towards NVQ Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy.
• Have experience of spa and reception booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of service and standards are always delivered across the Spa operation.
• Deliver a high standard of spa treatments including massage and facials.
• Be involved in the promotion of the Spa, products, and treatments.
