Job summary

Soho House in London is seeking a Spa Supervisor to support daily spa and wellness operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, team coordination, and the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

You will assist in leading the spa team, manage bookings and staff rotas, uphold treatment protocols, and monitor health and safety compliance to maintain a calm, luxurious member and guest experience while achieving service and financial targets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in therapist or spa supervisory role.
• Recognised spa/beauty therapy qualification (NVQ, ITEC, CIDESCO, etc.).
• Experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or private members club setting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily operations of the spa and wellness areas.
• Lead the spa team in delivering high-quality services including massage, facials, and body treatments, adhering to brand and treatment protocols.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of therapists and spa attendants.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and licensing standards.
• Maintain spa ambience and standards across treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing facilities.
• Assist the Spa Manager with stock control, supplier liaison, and inventory management.
• Help manage guest bookings, treatment schedules, and coordination with reception.
• Respond professionally to member and guest feedback or concerns.
• Create efficient staff rotas, manage labour costs, and reduce unnecessary overtime to maintain operational excellence.
• Uphold and enforce standards of appearance, compliance, safety, and professionalism across the team.
