Job summary

Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill in Marylebone seeks a Waiter/ess for the Regency Club on flexible hours. You can choose shifts ranging from 0 to 40 hours per week, ideal for building experience while maintaining your schedule.

Provide warm, personalised service, set up beverage stations, maintain a pristine lounge environment, recognise regular guests, and help with stock and guest requests. Premium hospitality experience is preferred, with strong communication and guest-focus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in premium hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional and personalised service experience to all guests in the Regency Club.
• Set up and maintain beverage stations, including coffee, tea, and other refreshments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lounge area.
• Recognise regular guests and tailor service to their preferences.
• Report shortages or replenish stock for food, beverages, and supplies.
• Anticipate guest needs and strive to exceed expectations.
