Raffles London at The OWO is seeking an In Room Dining Waiter to deliver impeccable service to guests in rooms and suites. You will work with the Food & Beverage team to set trays, take orders, and ensure accurate billing while upholding hotel standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, restocking, and coordinating with Kitchen and service staff. Flexibility with shifts and a professional, guest-focused approach are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Clear and efficient English communication, both written and verbal.
• Recent experience in in-room dining or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage and guest service principles.
• Willingness to work a 24h operation when required.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and professional appearance.

Aufgaben

• Set tables and trays according to orders and service standards.
• Open/close procedures as established for the department.
• Accurately record, pre-check, and pickup all food and beverage orders.
• Check with guests for satisfaction and present accurate checks for payment.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, prices, recipes, and service styles.
